1-2 The Remnant is Eternal.

The Remnant lives with a different perspective on life, that of eternity.  Our lives are not our own, but belong to God. We live for Him and we live to help our fellowman find Him. Whether we are a plumber, a carpenter, a teacher, or a preacher does not matter. Our lives affect everyone around us.

This life is only an interlude we must pass through, but a very important one. What we do in this life determines our outcome for all eternity. The Remnant is on a valuable journey and involved in a war for souls. It was Reinhardt Bonnke who said he wanted to plunder hell and populate heaven.

Jesus said,  in John 10:27-28, “ My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life ; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
Titus 1:1-2 Paul, a servant of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness; 2 In hope of eternal life , which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began
Jude 21 Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life

Our God is an eternal God and we are made in His image. Even though this body has to be discarded at some point, we will live on eternally. Once a soul is created it exists forever.

Deut 33:27 The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and he shall thrust out the enemy from before thee;
Gen 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

God sent His only begotten Son to redeem us. It is for us to share this good news. The rewards of sharing are eternal.

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son , that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
James 5:19-20 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins
