I must apologize for the blog not being posted this week. I am caught up in a special report that is directed by God’s Spirit and is more needed at this time. The blog will continue next week.
The Lord is encouraging faithfulness in His people and is granting more and more understanding of His plans during this time we are living in. He is clarifying the Truths of His Word. Many lives are at stake, and the dangers of succumbing to anti-Christ pressures are very real if we aren’t tuned in to the Spirit of our God.
The Word tells us that, in the end times, IF it were possible even the very elect would be deceived. (Matt 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.) “If” means it is “not possible”. The Remnant of God are the elect.
It behooves us then to prepare and get to know our Father and our Savior by the Holy Ghost/Spirit of our God immediately and urgently.
We need to realize that Jesus came that “all” might be saved. He did not say, “this one” or “that one” is not worthy. We can, any one of us, make the choice to be a part of His elect. (John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.)
There is much fear arising at this time, due to misunderstandings about the wrath of God and the time of the tribulation.
Fear is a spirit from the enemy that we can put down.
From Scripture we can learn how fear can be laid down, strength taken up, and understanding about it come forth. (Luke 12:32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.) and (2 Tim 1:7-8 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 8 Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God😉 and (1 John 4:18-19 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. 19 We love him, because he first loved us.)
We need to have a realization that the wrath of God and the tribulation are two different subjects. The wrath of God is coming upon the children of disobedience, not His Remnant. God’s people are not subject to this and never will be, even though they will be here to see it happen. God is not even tempted with evil. (James 1:13-15 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.)
The wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience (children ruled by the enemy of God). (Eph 5:5-6 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. 6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.) and (Col 3:3-6 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. 4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. 5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6 For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience.)
His wrath arises because of the world system that comes to seek to destroy His people in the end times, and He is punishing their evil, prior to sending His Son to gather together His saints. He will put an end to this world and its whole system. (Matt 24:29-31 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.) and (1 Thess 4:15-18 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.)and (2 Peter 3:10-12 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?) and (Rev 21:1-4 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.)
The tribulation, that is spoken of occurring in the end times, is the persecution coming against the children of God. It is coming from the children of disobedience and their master, satan. (Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.) and (Rev 13:1-8 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. 4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? 5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. 7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.)
It has a very bitter ending for them. (Rev 14:9-12 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.)
It is a time of being made holy and of establishing victory over our enemies. I repeat. It is a time of establishing victory over our enemy and his people, whether we live, or whether we die.
(Rev 3:20-21 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.) and (Rev 12:9-11 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.)
We live for Christ, but to die is gain. (Phil 1:20-21 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. 21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.) and (Rev 19:5-8 And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. 6 And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.)
Tribulation for Christians has been happening since the beginning of time, when Cain killed Abel. It has escalated as the centuries have passed. This final tribulation will take place under the anti-Christ kingdom. It will be the worst that has ever come but it will be the last as well. (Mark 13:19-26 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. 21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: 22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. 23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. 24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, 25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. 26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.)
In spite of all the dire happenings of this time there is a Remnant who will remain, chosen to rise up to meet Christ in the air, busy about His business even in these times. (1 Thess 4:15-18 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.)
A New World Order (the name the anti-Christ has given his kingdom rulership) has been in the making for a long time. Nations have gathered together with the elite rich and worked hard towards a one world government, one world financial system, and one world religion. (Rev 13:11-18 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.)
The covid pandemic was just such an attempt. It has threatened the whole world unlike any other. We do not know the end but God is letting His people know the end times are near. There are still things that have not happened. We need to be about His business, confident that He is with us, reaching out to lost souls, and watching, waiting for His coming with busy hands and confident hearts and spirits that He will take care of us.
The only people worldwide that will not join with this system, when it comes, are the Remnant of God. They will not be able to buy, nor sell unless they accept the evil kingdom. BUT, God is with us. Jesus promised He will not leave nor forsake us. Just as He multiplied loaves to provide, just as He walked on water to reach destinations, just as He was transported out of a crowd, just as He healed the sick, and raised the dead, so shall He work with us in these times. We are moving into a different realm than that in which we are used to in these times. A spiritual change. A powerful change. A challenging time in which we will have to walk with God like Jesus walked with God. A time of victory. A time of giving our lives in living and in dying. A time of Living LIFE as Jesus lived it.
I have seen His power in life and death situations. He has preserved me. We only die ONE time. (Heb 9:27-28 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.)
So, through all the other threatenings and happenings of our lives here, we can be confident of His care and guidance. Indeed, we are to be aggressive for His name’s sake, to win souls, to win the battles we face, to bring down the enemy, and to do whatever is needed in each situation. We have a work to do. We are shining lights in this world. We cannot be hid.
Just as Christ died for us as a holy man of God, many Christians will die for His name’s sake in the time of tribulation. (Likewise, many will live and meet Him in the air. Whichever gives Him the most glory and produces His will on this earth during these times will be important.)
Please note again. This is the message He keeps telling me over and over. It is a time of establishing VICTORY over the enemy of our soul. Trials and tribulations come to all people. We are given a space of time to run the race of Christ. (1 Corinthians 9:24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.) and (Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,..)
Jesus has promised us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. That means, whether we are persecuted or not, whether we die for our faith, or live until we meet Him in the sky, HE IS WITH US. He died for us on the cross. He lived for us in holiness on this earth.
Can we die to self, even possibly die for Him? Can we live for Him, regardless of what we face? Not in our own strength. IN HIM we live and move and have our being. (Acts 17:27-28 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.)
Our being is eternal. We must live from the point of view of eternity, not from the point of view of this temporal earth. All things that we face and endure here are but for a speck of time when compared it to eternity with Him.
The alternative is eternal damnation if we turn away from Him and join the children of disobedience.
How do we gain this strength? When we repent of our sin, turn from our wicked ways, He will heal us, strengthen us, fill us with His Spirit, and give us wisdom, knowledge and words to fight our battles which the enemy cannot gainsay nor resist. (Luke 21:12-15 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name’s sake. 13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: 15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.) He will grant signs and wonders and miracles to be done by our hands, and fill our mouths with the Word of Power, the same as He did the disciples and all those people who have gone before us, who did the things that Jesus did. Jesus is our example. He will help us to walk in the footprints He has left for us. (Acts 14:3 Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.) and
We must read His Word, know His Word, and speak His Word. That which is written (our Bible) must be activated by His Spirit WITHIN us. Then, at our point of need, or the need of others to whom we minister, we will be properly prepared. (Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.)
We are all called upon to minister to one another and to share the Gospel with the lost. We are not called to be internal. Jesus, as our example, lived for others. He lived to reach the lost. He also ever lives to make intercession for us at the right hand of the Father God in heaven right now. (Heb 7:24-25 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.)
We are so blessed with such an intercessor for our lives to help us be successful, how can we help but love Him and live for Him and go through whatever it takes to get to go live forever with Him at the end of this small, short life?
We are so blessed with such an advocate when we fall to bring us forgiveness. (1 John 2:1-5 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. 3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.)
I have noticed that the older I get, the less important the things of this life become, the more important the things of my God become. All this is going to pass away. Only those things done for and with Christ will stand in the end. Do we build hay and stubble? Or do we build solidly in His Kingdom to come?
